Bún Chã

As usual.
Noodle!
But this time is kinda different and more delicious.

It is called Bún Chã.
It is a Northern Vietnamese (Haoian) cuisine.

At first they served us a bunch of leaves, which is no atypical.

Then they served the vermicelli on a plate, spring rolls and the special concoction in a bowl.

How to eat Bún Chã:
1. Put a portion of the vermicelli on your bowl.
2. Pick some leaves and put it in the bowl.
I recommend the bean shoots, the tendrils and cabbage.
Small amount of basil leaves (it's flavor is so stong)
3. Then put one spring roll or the meat in the concoction.
4. Then with the use of your spoon, put the special concoction in you bowl, enough to wet the vermicelli.
Not too many.
This is not a soup.
5. Mix carefully.
6. Best with trà đá (iced tea)

And that was my lunch.
