HCM City still the engine of growth for Vietnam
achieves 11% growth rate in 2008
wala lang.
I just saw this construction at Nguyen Dinh Chieu.
Constructions here in HCM are everywhere despite the city being super crowded already with both residential and commercial infrastructures.
Good thing, they were able to keep the greens all throughout the city.
But i do recommend to improve their traffic regulations and communication in English skills of the people.
Especially now that they are becoming an apple of the investors' eyes all over the world.
